Am I the only one who is hooked on online shopping? Whether it’s for Jack, my dogs, or even for work, my front porch is constantly stacked with packages! My neighbors probably think I have an online shopping obsession. Honestly, they’re not wrong! But when the weather starts to turn (it’s already started snowing in Indianapolis!), I want to keep all of those packages out of the elements.
Recently I discovered something that is going to change how I online shop FOREVER. Chamberlain’s myQ smart technology allows me to open my garage remotely from anywhere in the world. So, if I’m on a job site filming and someone needs to get into my house, I can remotely open my garage and let them in from my smartphone.
When I was in LA filming Rock the Block, I could have opened the garage door for my husband when he got locked out of the house. Instead he had to get a key from my sister, which isn't the end of the world but I’m definitely glad I can open the garage for him from my phone from now on. What’s even better is that myQ technology works exclusively with Key by Amazon in-garage delivery.
