CANCELATION POLICY

Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us five days' notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

 

In the case that you need to cancel your appointment, please email us at consultations@twochicksandahammer.com. 

RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand how busy life can be. We allow for rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Rescheduling multiple times will result in the cancelation of your appointment and a partial refund issued.

REFUND POLICY

We will issue a full refund for canceled appointments up to five days before your appointment. After five days, a partial refund will be issued at the discretion of our staff.
